Cancellation Policy

1. Right to Cancel

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to cancel a service purchase transaction within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date of receiving confirmation of the transaction, whichever is later.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel the transaction using one of the following methods:

3. Refund

In case of cancellation within the 14-day period, the consumer will be refunded the amount paid minus cancellation fees of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS, whichever is lower. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice using the same payment method used for the transaction.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Subscription cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, the account will be converted to the free plan and created pages will be preserved (subject to free plan limitations). You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings on the website.
