PAGE4U.AI provides a platform for creating landing pages using artificial intelligence. The service includes:
- Automatic landing page creation using AI
- Editing and managing landing pages
- Lead collection and management
- Statistics and analytics
- Hosting and storage of landing pages
3. Registration and User Account
To use the service, you must create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity in your account.
4. Trial Period and Payments
We offer a 7-day free trial period. After the trial period, you must choose one of the paid packages to continue using the service. Payment is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service for:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Fraud or impersonation
- Distribution of spam or unwanted marketing content
- Violation of privacy or information security
- Any activity that violates Israeli or international law
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the service, including trademarks, logos, design, and technology, belong to PAGE4U.AI. Content you create using the service belongs to you, but we reserve the right to use it for service improvement and displaying examples (anonymously).
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability or absence of malfunctions. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on the website and sent as notification to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
9. Cancellation and Service Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we find that you have violated the terms of service. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts in Israel.
